Playing Hooky

So, I'm at home playing hooky today. Not really though, we are having new windows installed today and tomorrow. Although, I am a bit worried because they have been working for almost 2 hours upstairs and they don't have one window in yet. I know they are having a lot of trouble getting it in, level, etc. . . The company that we purchased them from and the person they sent out to measure said it would be a tough job because the windows we have are so crappy, but I feel bad for them.

Anyways, it has just been a plethora of home improvement projects for us lately. As I said in an earlier post, we ripped down all of the paneling in our hallway and entry way. So last weekend we sanded the walls down and taught ourselves how to 'mud' the wall. Needless to say this is more than a one weekend project, so we hope to finish mudding this week, then sand and paint this weekend. Geesh, so much work and so little time!
