Things I have learned at my new (horrible) job

I have totally learned that Customer Service is NOT for me. But here are some amusing observations. We shall call this lesson "Reasons why you should not be on a computer looking for a job (or calling me about it)."

Reason #1. You think resume is said rezoom.
Reason #2. You have to call to find out what a rezoom is.
Reason #3. In the education field in your rezoom, it says (no, I am not making this up) School of Hard Knocks.

And we wonder why the unemployment rate is so high. Seriously people, give me a break!
