Jake's first trip to the zoo
So I forced Adam into an Eskew Family Fun day since we have been working around the house so much lately and seemingly going in different directions. We started the day off with a visit to the zoo (pictures here). I don't know how much Jake enjoyed it but Adam and I had a blast. The meercats were my absolute favorite--they posed for me! Stopped off for lunch on the way home and then Jake and I both took very good naps! After naps we played outside and took advantage of the beautiful weather. After grilling out super yummy steaks for dinner we headed out for a post dinner walk. I'm telling you, it felt like my birthday!
