Our Thanksgiving

I am proud to say this is the first Thanksgiving in the 12 or so years that Adam and I have been together (9 of those married) that we have spent Thanksgiving at our house! We decided not to go to Ohio and the plan was for my Grandma to come here. Unfortunately, Grandma hurt her back and had a virus and was unable to make the trip, but we still had a great day. It was SOOO nice to be able to lay around on OUR couch for once. I did all the cooking for the first time and I'm very proud to say that everything was made from scratch! I did opt out on a big turkey since there was only 3 of us and cooked a 3 pound turkey breast instead, but we did have all the Thanksgiving essentials of stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn casserole, sweet potato casserole and cranberry sauce. Not to mention the pumpkin pie which was by far Jake's favorite!

It's a little sister for Jake!

I waited for my 2nd ultrasound just to be certain, and it is. . .It's a girl!

Here is her sweet little profile-

This is confirming it's a girl-it's like she's sitting on the camera, you can see both of her legs, and well, the fact that she's a girl!
