And we're off again!

I just didn't feel like sitting at home while Adam got to go see Pearl Jam with his brother, so I packed Jake up and we went to visit my BFF Mindy in North Carolina. It was an awesome trip minus the fact that Jake decided to get up at 6 every morning. Seriously, 6 am is just too early. It was nice for Jake to have a distraction with Nate (4 years) and Rachel (18 months), and it was also nice for me to have some well deserved girlfriend time. Our most exciting outing was strawberry picking. OMG, I have never tasted such yummy strawberries EVER! Literally, put 2 in your bucket, eat one. The not so fun thing was that it was Jake's nap time while we went so he pretty much stood in the middle of the rows and cried the entire time. I ended up giving my bucket to Mindy and she had to finish for me.

The cutest part of the entire trip? Watching Rachel feed Jake Cheerios. We certainly know the way to his heart!

All of the pictures here. But as you can see from this picture, the trip wore him out!
