Rehab is for Quitters!

Yep, that's our team name for trivia on Tuesday nights!! Last night there were 9 of us and we won!!!! Holy crap, can you believe it? Even though, 3 of us girls last night sat at the end of the table and had a blast while slightly participating. We won $50.00 off of our tab. This is the 4th or 5th time we have met, but it's just so exciting to win!

Sorry it's been so long. Last week I was in Charlotte for training and had a terrible case of bronchitis. I was ready to start planning my funeral I felt so bad, but after a week of antibiotics I am feeling much better.

I am wondering why I signed up to do a 1K Turkey Trot tomorrow though. Why am I not sleeping in again? Adam signed up to do the 5K. . . I'm certainly not THAT adventurous. Let's just see how this goes:-)

Happy Friday!

So this is the end of the first full week of my new job. It was a very fun and exciting week:-) I am working from home today as that is where my new office is. I must admit it was difficult getting up at a decent time to come downstairs to the computer. I am looking at reports, organizing myself, etc. I really like it so far though. It is awfully hard to stay motivated, especially since I have caught a cold and Bailey is all snuggy on the couch. I just want to go join him!

I did hear a new saying this week, again, I'm sure only in the South--we were looking for somewhere to go for lunch yesterday (I was shadowing a teammate), and she asked someone where to go for "A meat and 3 lunch." Anyone ever heard that one before? Yep, it means a meat and 3 sides. But everyone there knew exactly what she was talking about! Also, the PHWD studio was interesting. 'Praise Him with Dance.' Bet you don't have those! I'm assuming 'Him' isn't my significant other, but how do you exactly praise 'Him' with Hip Hop lessons? Not so sure. . .

Maine was amazing!! The fall colors there were beautiful, much better than Atlanta. We also had an amazing time at the beer fest! It was so fun!! Here are some pictures. There is also a picture of Becky's diner-which I took for 2 reasons, 1-my friend Becky that reads this--you have a resturaunt in Maine!! 2nd, because it was the best breakfast, and a ton of food--right on the water too. Such a quaint little place! It was such a great time had by all!!

Have a great weekend:-)
